  • Outdoor Boot Camps 'Chin-Up Troop' 
    • Currently Saturday 6:30am      - stay tuned, there's more classes coming! 
  • Initial Fitness Assessment & Consult  (1 hr)
    1 on 1 Personal Training                       (45min-  1hr)
    2 on 1 Partner Personal Training        (45min - 1hr)
    • Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat

We are passionate about people discovering and maintaining their positive mental health through exercise, and are determined to break the stigma surrounding sharing your story and/or struggles with others.

We believe fitness training in a supportive community environment is our secret weapon, and can help you unlock a new inner & mental strength!

We foster a training community of people determined to support each other in their effort to improve their mental health, and maintain it. We're a group of kind, positive and encouraging people who aren't afraid to have the conversation, and train bloody hard!
