Functional Fitness Interval Workout - Unleash Fit Living

Here's an example of one of my functional training workouts. Following the 7 functional movements, and based on intervals of 40 seconds work, 20 seconds rest. We did 3 rounds with 60 seconds rest between rounds and a 4min warm-up. Total workout time: 28 min!
